Explanation:

We foresee this position remaining virtual regardless of when the congregation's building reopens. We imagine that someone active in the cultures of more than one UU congregation would not only be better positioned to help both congregations create and assess content, but would find it relatively easy to add this small number of hours to an existing part-time position with another UU organization, leading to a greater likelihood of longer-term job stability.
